1. General Terms

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on bjbaji66, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bjbaji66 enforces a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. This requirement applies to all players in Bangladesh regardless of location within the country.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts, institutional accounts, and accounts registered in the name of a legal entity are not permitted.

• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with bjbaji66 or any other gambling platform where such exclusion extends to bjbaji66's services.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

bjbaji66 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process at any stage of your account. 5. Bonus & Promotions

bjbaji66 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if it reasonably believes that the offer is being abused, exploited, or claimed in bad faith. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using matched betting strategies to exploit promotional terms, or coordinating with other players to manipulate outcome probabilities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the bjbaji66 sportsbook. Game-specific rules for casino products (live dealer, slots, crash games) are governed by the rules of the individual game providers (including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe) and are accessible from within each game lobby.

Bets placed during a brief market suspension due to a live event update (for example, a wicket falling in cricket) may be accepted or rejected based on the Platform's real-time feed integrity. bjbaji66 accepts no liability for bets placed on the basis of outdated information displayed due to broadcast delay.
• Maximum payout: bjbaji66 applies a maximum single-event payout limit. This limit is ৳5,000,000 (five million Bangladeshi Taka) per settled event per account unless a higher limit has been separately agreed in writing. Accumulator bets are subject to the same maximum payout limit across the combined slip.
• Errors: Where odds or market conditions are published in error (for example, due to a data feed fault or human error), bjbaji66 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and to settle them at the correct price applicable at the time of bet placement, or to refund stakes at its discretion.

Cricket betting at bjbaji66 covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC ODI World Cup, Bangladesh national team bilateral series, and other competitions. Bangladesh Premier League markets include match winner, top run scorer, top wicket taker, method of dismissal, over/under run totals, and ball-by-ball in-play markets. All BPL settlements are final upon official result confirmation from the governing cricket body.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bjbaji66 and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable law requires.

• Fraud and financial crime: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials; depositing funds derived from criminal activity; engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account for the purpose of circumventing limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or evading a self-exclusion. This includes accounts registered in the names of family members or associates where the beneficial user is a person already holding an account.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through strategies including matched betting, arbitrage betting across multiple platforms, or coordinated play with other accounts to generate guaranteed bonus profits without genuine gambling risk.
• Cheating and collusion: Colluding with other players in poker or live table games; sharing information during live dealer games; using external software tools, bots, or scripts to automate or assist betting decisions; exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in bad faith, particularly where the transaction in dispute relates to genuine gambling activity on bjbaji66. Accounts subject to bad-faith chargebacks will be closed and the disputed amounts pursued through available legal mechanisms.
• Unauthorised commercial use: Using bjbaji66's content, odds data, or platform interface for commercial purposes including scraping, data aggregation, or redistribution without prior written consent from bjbaji66.

8. Account Closure & Termination

Voluntary closure by the player: You may request the closure of your bjbaji66 account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat or by emailing support@bjbaji66. Upon receipt of a closure request, bjbaji66 will process any outstanding withdrawal requests for verified balances (net of any unsettled bonus wagering requirements) and will close the account within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that any active bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period directly from their account settings panel or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from a minimum of 30 days to permanent exclusion. During the self-exclusion period, login access is blocked and no marketing communications will be sent to the account. Closure by bjbaji66: bjbaji66 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, with immediate effect and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information;
• Confirmed or suspected engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe;
• Detection of under-age gambling or registration by a person subject to a self-exclusion order;
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, financial institution, or law enforcement body;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login or transaction activity.

Upon account closure initiated by bjbaji66 for a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no financial crime has occurred and the only breach relates to a technical terms violation, bjbaji66 will endeavour to return the verifiable real-money balance (net of any bonus funds) to the player's verified payment method. Decisions regarding balance disposition in cases of serious misconduct are made at bjbaji66's sole discretion and are final.

Inactive account policy: Accounts that have not recorded any login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. bjbaji66 will notify the registered email address before applying an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month to the account balance. Players who wish to reactivate an inactive account should contact support before the inactivity fee is applied. Upon account closure due to inactivity, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable inactivity fees) will be returned to the player's last verified payment method.
